At Mitutoyo Canada, a leader in precision measurement equipment, I was tasked with expanding lead generation in an industry slow to adopt digital marketing. Balancing tradition with innovation, I developed a strategy that combined trusted advertising placements in print and digital publications, social media influencer collaborations, and engaging tradeshow giveaways to reach new markets. Optimizing the company’s website with targeted landing pages, product-specific forms, and strategic pop-ups ensured seamless connections with potential customers.

 

Building on these successes, I introduced an email automation system to streamline lead follow-ups and track key online activities. This system not only nurtured leads with personalized communication but also captured valuable behavioral insights, helping to strengthen customer relationships and maximize conversions.

When Danai Sisouphanh decided to transition from a group of high-performance trainers to building his own brand, he needed a strategy that matched his ambition. Understanding his goals of attracting clients while leveraging his experience as an athlete and trainer, I crafted a personalized strategy to launch his digital presence. I developed an easy-to-maintain website, provided him with social media best practices, platform recommendations, and set up a social media scheduling account. To align his brand visually, I designed a sleek logo and color palette—a modern black, greys, and white with a vibrant teal—to reflect his contemporary and communication-based training methods. The logo and colours are now on his uniform, used when working. Encouraging him to showcase “Danai the coach, influencer, and athlete,” his Instagram and TikTok have become engaging hubs for his event highlights and training success stories.

Digital Marketing Funnel to Drive Downloads

My Party Album, a photo-sharing app, was preparing for a major product update launch. I was tasked with increasing brand visibility across key platforms as a way to drive app downloads when the app was ready. The app needed to break through a competitive market of pre-existing social media platforms (i.e. Instagram) and photo-sharing platforms (i.e. iCloud Photos). I saw this as an opportunity to brand the app as the go-to platform for preserving lifelong memories while leveraging bold, attention-grabbing creative and performance-driven digital campaigns to maximize visibility.
